Terms of use for the Invoicing application

These terms set out the basic rules for using the web application Invoicing. The application is intended for managing invoices, client and company access, and related documents.

1. Access to the application

Access to non-public parts of the application is permitted only to authorized users. Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and for using the application in accordance with their assigned role.

2. Scope of the service

The application may provide invoice management, client accounts, company access, document processing and imports from external sources such as email when the user actively configures that feature.

3. User obligations

• the user must not misuse the application or attempt unauthorized access to other people’s data,
• the user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the application,
• the user must use the service in accordance with applicable law.

4. Availability and changes to the service

The operator may continuously modify, update or temporarily restrict the application for maintenance, security or service-development reasons.

5. Data protection

Personal-data processing is governed by the separate document Privacy policy.
